In addition our website platform Wix collects your IP (Internet Protocol) address, connection information, payment details (including card information) and purchase history (not from everything you’ve ever bought online)

We may use software to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages and page interaction information. We also collect personally identifiable information (including, name, email, password and personal profile.)

Why we collect your information?

The reason we ask for your personal information like name and contact details is so that if for what ever reason your appointment needs to be changed or we need to make you aware of something, we can. We also ask for information with regards to medical conditions to ensure that there is no risk to you whilst you are here with us enjoying your float sessions. The website allows you to create a personal profile with us so that you can login and book sessions without the need to re-enter your information every time you want to float - This is particularly handy if you grab a last minute slot.

We may from time to time (if you have given us permission) send you details of special offers or information which we think you might like to know. These kinds of marketing emails aren’t likely to be very often as (to be honest) I don’t have time to send one a week, so it’s likely to be special occasions and holidays.

We also collect any information which you may send us by the contact form so that we are able to reply.

Our website is hosed on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform to share the information which we need to with you and allows us to sell our services to you. Your data the may be stored through the Wix.com data storage databases and the general Wix.com applications. All of your data is kept safe by them on secure servers behind a firewall.
